Outdoor Machinery Expo
The Outdoor Machinery Expo is a highly practical, grower-focused showcase of machinery, equipment and emerging technologies supporting macadamia production.
Held as part of the Machinery Big Breakfast on Thursday 22 October from 7am - 2pm, the Expo brings together growers and suppliers in a hands-on environment, combining static displays with selected live demonstrations. It provides a valuable opportunity to showcase equipment, engage directly with growers and demonstrate solutions in a real-world setting.
Participation Options
All exhibitors will receive a static display site, with the option to apply for an additional live demonstration site (subject to approval).

Live Demonstration (optional)
Only available for emerging technologies such as robotics, AI-enabled systems, autonomous equipment and automated orchard machinery. Live demonstrations are limited.

Expression of Interest
Organisations are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to participate in the Outdoor Machinery Expo.
EOIs close 30 June 2026.
Required information for each machine:
• Machine name (make/model)
• Description, specifications and use case (include URL or attach PDF)
• High-resolution images
• Preferred site size
After submission
Submissions will be reviewed by the Organising Committee to ensure a balanced and practical Machinery Expo. Applicants will be notified by email, with further details provided upon acceptance.
